Free Shipping
We ship via UPS and common carrier depending on the order. All items are shipped free of charge. Some items are ready for immediate shipping. Others, which are made to order, can take from 8 weeks to 4 months. If you have any questions, call us at 1-800-578-5053.
back to top Satisfaction Gaurantee We offer WHITE GLOVE SERVICE on our Italian table tops and handcrafted wood furniture. We will unpack the item for you, dispose of the packing materials and carefully place the item where you want.
Your satisfaction is always guaranteed with Mia Casa Bella! If you do not like a product you have received, call us immediately! You have three days to inform us that you wish to return one of our fine furnishings. It is critical that you call us within these three days of an item's arrival. We cannot accept returns if you do not call us within this three day period. We want to hear from you and know why you are not satisfied. If you decide against keeping the item, you have seven days from receipt to return it.

The reason for this is easy to understand. We ship all our items with the utmost care the best way possible. It would be impossible for us to be responsible if a client accepts damaged merchandise.
